lol hells yeah! just gotta make sure the roof/window pillers are strong enough so they don't flex, like this geo metro:
-
wow, this thing is seriously PIMP! uber-cool! um, just one question.... are you going to fix the wheel stance? they seem to have alot of positive camber.
-
i have been looking for the info on this kit for years now, it was my first kit i built and i want to find out what it is, but i still never found this kit....... i have looked for ever now, and no luck. would anyone have a clue?
-

Does this kit come with a separate engine?
B_rad88 replied to glenn's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
well to be honest $40AUD is only $35.72USD, and $36 bucks is still to much for that kit! $36 is the price for tamiays not revells. -
ok, thank you jbwelda, and future floor wax? i've heard of this stuff, but never seen it or used it........ and plus i can't get any right now, so its out of the question................... for now. im going to retry the elmers again, and dilute it down.......hum........ gotta try that...... thank you for the tip! have a good one, and i want to see more updates on that jag TWR race car , lol
-
WOW ........... ....... ......... ..........that looks awsome! i love everything about it, even the spoiler delete looks superb on it! its perfect!
-
and the last few pics: the finished chassis: the gold painted mugen rims: and here is my recent problem: the glue kept melting and smearing the paint: and now i gotta clean the light covers: Thank you Cesar and everyone else for the tips on gluing the light covers on, im going to dig this kit back out of storage and see if i can finish it. hope you enjoy, have a good one!
-
ok, now the rear suspension........ i wanted to lower it to match the front camber, but i didn't want to mod it, so i found a away to lower it just enough with out mods........ mount the chassis past(on the inside) of the body mounts: it makes a nice drop: stock: lowerd: now to show the drop, look at the exhuast: stock: lowerd: more to come!

ok, well i know i have showen some of you guys my s2000 before, but i never did post it up before, so im posting it now. (THE DATE ON THE PICS ARE WRONG!!!!!!) its a Tamiya Honda S2000 type-V with the hardtop and mugen rims. now im going to start off with the front end, i messed pu building it, but the mistake worked out perfect, it has a extreme amount of camber in the front: more to come!
-
yes elmer's, and ok, i'll give it a try again, its one of the main reasons i haven't finished my s2000, and whats sad is that and the decals i need to finish and then its done! but yeah, i don't think i have posted my s2000 up on here at all, i do know i have showned alot of ppl, but not posted it up. i guess i'll get to that then. edit: its now up: My Honda S2000 type-V drift car thank you very much, Brandon

well if you looked in the WIP thread it says it, but here it is
-
Hey Cesar, no prob, no i used testor's tube glue in the blue tube, and i also used clear epoxy, both gave me problems. i have used white glue on other projects before and it didn't dry clear, it still had a milkiness to it
-
oh ok, thank you for the info! your doing an awsome job so far, keep up the superb work!
-
wow, i really like this! looks so clean, awsome job! im building the type-v version with the optional hardtop and mugen rims, but i messed up the body(sorta fixed) and i messed up the front end(suspension), when i glued the front end together, i must have done something wrong cause i have some extreme amount of negative camber in the front wheels, but it worked out just fine with that cause i am turning it into a drift car, so yeah, lol. great job on the s2000, keep up the superb work! EDIT: please tell me how the hell you glued in the rear clear tail light covers on? i have tried almost everything and the glue will melt and smear the paint before i can put the cover on. thank you.
