  1. Started this one about 3 years ago today. Building on and off all this time. really liked the model, only disappointment was the fit of the body panels when using all the vinyl plumbing and wiring. Because of this I decided to leave it open and show it with the panels off.
  2. Saw this model in person and its very kool. Forgot to ask You Rod, where did You get the wheel hub caps?
  3. Cold air goes in thru the air feeds from the front of the car and the hot engine air goes out the scoop.

  6. Thanks for the comments!!!! Paint is nailpolish, base coat is Duplicolors Chrome paint and the yellow is sprayed on top of the chrome, then 2 part clear.
  7. Might be the resolution on your monitor, paint is nail polish, (You can see the bottle of nail polish in the in-progress section) covered with 2 coats of automotive clear.

    PT CRUISERS

The yellow one is awsome with the V8 in it. I did one following a prototype I saw in a brochure at the time back in 2001 and took it to the LIARS show.
  25. I go with what Steve mentioned, duplicolor over duplicolor. I have been painting for years with duplicolor and used their clear with great results, but when I use the clear on top of any other laquer it will shine but not as good as if it was on duplicolor.
