  1. HARRY- How does this product compare to lets say "DUPICOLOR" automotive chrome paint? Any experiance with either product? Marty
  2. STEVE- Thanks for the reply. I'm old, what is alclad and where does one get it. If the cost isn't too bad I could try it on some junk wheels to check the finsih. Marty
  3. Anyone out there know of anybody or anyway to chrome a pair of 1/25 rear wheels for my pro-stock car? They are already painted with "chrome" paint and look OK but not what I'm really after. These are unusual wheels off of a REVELL diecast pro-stock car and I'd like to keep them. THANKS Marty
  4. Thanks Dave, appreciate it. More photo's to follow soon. Diecast is tougher than I thought. Marty
  5. Here's where I'm at so far. SLIXX decals and clear coat next week. Hopefully Marty
  6. Yep, that's a GREAT help, thank-you! Great pictures, where'd ya get them? PM is coming. Marty
  7. Yeah, for some reason that car is really photo scarce. Must not be one of his public popular cars. I appreciate your time in searching though. I've got a couple of his hand outs when we were at the track back then, should've taken some shots with the camera. (little did I know Marty
  8. Thanks for the info. I'll be looking into those wheels over the next couple of days. I have a couple of side pictures now of his car but an still looking for a rear 1/4 veiw. Marty
  9. Hey All- Just joined and was blown away with all the knowledge out there! Great Forum. I have a question regarding Warren Johnson's 2001 Black & Silver Grand Am. I'm re-doing a PMC 1/25 diecast to duplicate his 2001 car but I'm having difficulty finding the correct GOLD front wheels. Also looking for some more pictures of this car. I've looked at a few sites (including the oldhippie.com) and am not having much luck. I'll post some pictures here soon on my progress. Any help in these 2 areas would be greatly appreciated, THANKS! Marty
