  11. I tried there they didnthave any all black Magic
  12. After hitting al lthe parts stors today could get Westly Bleach white at the last on I was told they are no longer that Black Magic boughtthem out . Wil thier bleach white work to clean resin parts
  13. I was at al the parts stores today to find Westlys Bleach white to find out they are no longer in business it seems they was bought out by Black Magic is this product safe to use on resin or is there an alternitive
  14. I paid a a cheap price for it 80 dollars the guy I bought it from paid the same price he bought it at a yard sale he said he was never going to build it .I understand now it goes for well north of a grand

  17. Hook I used Plasticoat 1000 Universal clear coat . It is an Acrylic Lacquer I use it over al paints I use om any chrome I woul d test it ona piece of the chrome sprue from the kit.
  18. Iam dong a build of a Mack DM 888 SX and useing resin parts from AITM I read some where resin shouldbe soaked and cleaned in Westlys Bleach white for a day before use and painting. any help will be gratful
  19. Hookanladder I used Plasticoat on my tankerand left what I wanted chrome on the sprue I probably put two coats of clear on every thing i will post a pic of mine when I can find it
  20. what I did on my Beal tanker was clear coat it first on all the chorme I wanted to keep , Also remember not just the cost oil drives up the price but also import taxes dont help either . I found a site the other day current AMT issuses ofo trucks and trailers are going for over 100 bucks
