Hey fellas... this is my first completed build of the new year.. I started on this mid October, I used the new r/m 67 camaro body and modified a chassis and engine from the pro sportsman 55 chevy.. the cage was scratch built from sytrene rod.. wheels are from Micro Nitro.. thanks for looking and comments welcome..

Making a little progress I think... I tried out these headers.. they are from the LX Mustang kit.. I know the tubes look a little small but I think once they are painted, they will be hardly seen anyways I may wrap them with some tape.... I dont want to make these if I can help it... there's not gonna be a lot of room it seems.. any opinions comments welcome...

Austin... I used the kit glass for the front for that reason... I trimmed off the molded sunvisors.. the rear glass and side windows and 1/4 glasses are clear styrene...

well this one is pretty much done... I got the chutes done tonight... I used the resin ones from pro tech.. I wrapped them with medical tape colored w/sharpie... here's a few pics, and thanks to you all for the kind words and comments.. they add fuel to the fire...lol...

Model Master gloss black paint came in a bottle, I thinned it down and sprayed thru an airbrush... the clear is Model Master high gloss clear.. It comes in a rattle can....

Alright fellas... my first build for 2015 is almost done... I made some window brackets last night and installed them, I also added foil trim to the rear back up lights, and I started on the rear chutes... should be finished tonight.. thanks for looking and comments welcome.... here's the window frames.. I made the tabs from coke can.. here they are after trimming down.

Thank you guys for the kind words... I'm glad you all like it... I wet sanded and polished the body.. foiled the trim... added the rear tailights, I painted the clear ones red, I'm gonna add the back up lights on the rear valance... I also added the header bezels from Scott...

Michael... I used 6000 and 8000 from my polishing kit... I'll use the 8000 and 12000 when I wet sand and polish the clear... thanks alot bro..

Thanks Jeff... I really appreciate the kind words.. outlaw door slammers, and pro mods are my favorites... I wet sanded the body and did not burn through the paint any where... so I decided to go ahead and add the decals, and cleared it... here's a few pics.. I'll wait till the weekend and polish it... thanks for looking and comments welcome....
