What's up fellas... this is my 3rd completed model of 2016.. This one was started July of last year, it's a model of a car built by Rods by Troy (Troy Trepainter) I think is his name.. I scratch built the throttle body, vacuum pump, fuel tank, and many other pieces... paint is H.O.K Tangelo pearl... thanks for looking and comments welcome..

I got some good time in on the bench today with the stang.. I got some the rear disc brakes done and painted and finished up the rear suspension arms.. I decided to go with carbon fiber decals on the valve covers this time.. I scratch built the cam sprocket and water pump..I also got the crank trigger finished up and added a belt for the oil pump.. thanks for looking and comments welcome...

I really appreciate it, this is a nice kit for the most part, I love Camaro's and this kit is alot better than the AMT kit... the vinyl top came about because of a mistake, I managed to get a drop of glue on the roof while foiling and installing the glass. So I had to back up and punt..lol.. I like it better with the vinyl top btw.. I guess everything does happen for a reason.. here's a few pic of the disaster, and the interior.. thank you again guys..

Thanks Gary..the 2 things I hated the most about this kit is the grill and the wheels..this is the 2nd one of these kits that I have built.. What's up fellas... this is my 2nd completed build of 2016.... It's the r/m kit.. It's all from the kit except the resin r/s grille and I also used the rally wheels from the r/m 67 chevelle and I used some tires from the parts box.. I went with a slightly wider tire on the back.. I still need to add the backup lights and turn signal/park lights to the front but for now it's going in the case... thanks for looking and comments welcome...

those wheels are the drag stars from the lx mustang drag version...

I modified a tunnel ram from the pro sportsman kit, and split a demon carb.. I think I'm gonna go with splits..lol.. I also painted the cage and added embossing powder to the floor... thanks for looking and comments welcome....

I've added brackets to the chassis to mount the suspension arms and rear coil overs.. and made the rear wing, and mocked up and mid plate and front engine plate..

I made the front spoiler...and made a cowl hood.. I used .030 styrene for the front spoiler..

I made some brackets and bracing for the rear end and finished up the wheel tubs..

I made some mini wheel tubs for it and built the cage, I drilled holes in the floor for the main bars and did not glue them in so I could remove the cage when done to paint it..

What's up gents..... my photobucket has been acting up, so I'm about 3 weeks into this build. I made some rear frame rails and notched them so I could get it to sit down, and dded some bracing to the floor...
