  1. Then I made up a set of fender exit headers and added some resin welds and sprayed on different shades of metalizer paints... I also got some clear coat on the chassis...
  2. Next I got the chassis painted and applied some carbon fiber decals to the wheel tubbs..
  3. Next I made some wheelie bars, and used photo etched brackets for the wheels.. I also rounded off the rear slicks to look more like the real slicks, and hit them with some dullcote..
  4. I got the cage done, and opened and hinged the doors, made rear wing from styrene...
  5. What's up fellas... I started a new build a few weeks ago.. I'm having a brain fart choosing a color for the LX Mustang build so I started on this one in the mean time,,, this is an older build I did some years ago. It was painted black so I stripped the paint and started building... the first order of business was to stretch the rear fender wells to accommodate the big slicks..I added a piece of .020 flat styrene to fill in the gap..

  10. I got them from Model Meister... they have some nice detail, but they are fragile ... and thank you....
  11. I like where this is going.... I made my intercooler from sheet styrene and added resin weld decals from Archer decals, and painted it with alclad aluminum... It was not that hard to make one.. not to high jack your thread but here's a few pics..

  15. making progress on the interior... I got some shifters today from futurattraction,, decided I wanted to make an electric shifter... I'm happy with it. I finished up the electronics board and installed the dash.. I made a chute handle.. still need to add the cables... thanks for looking and comments welcome..
