  1. Awesome Robert, where did you get those front wheels??? are the from protrack?? I've never seen those before. I had to give ebay up because of the ridiculous charges when you sell an item, Keep the full builds going...
  2. all of your Camaros looks real good...
  3. Thanks gus for all the comments and interest in these two builds, I plan on making some good progress and put up some more pics tonight and this weekend, does anyone have any pics of the cab of one of these I'm curious about how to paint them mainly the dash area, etc. Jantrix, this is the small block engine that you have in the pic, these came with the kit and the plating was horrible several spots were not even plated, so I put them on to hide the bad spots, but I found some in the parts box to replace them...the fleetside will have a big block engine... thanks again fellas...

  7. thanks for the nice comments fellas, really appreciate it... Chris I've seen your work on that 66 chevy nova, whatcha got cooking....lol... Bart I use the wheels only from the kit wheelie bars and on the upper bars that come with the kit I use the brackets that attach to the rear end housing, but I drill new holes on the top of the housing to mount them, the bars and everything else is styrene rod. #222. here's a pic of the ones on the 69 outlaw prostreet I just finished..

  20. Very nice clean build, I love it...
  21. Thanks for the comments fellas I appreciate it, Joe, and Brad one thing I did on this build was add the very thin piece of styrene around the doors and the body areas where I made my cuts with the hobby knife, I was very careful when cutting them out, but by adding the styrene, I was able to make sure there were no gaps, with just a little sanding. I think this made a huge difference, thanks again fellas...
  22. Greg I'm sorry for not clarifying, but the section I cut off was from the front, I did'nt think about cutting any from the rear, show's how much I know...lol... but I'm satisfied with it. I'm debating on removing one or both top and bottom moldings from the sides, thanks again Greg...
  23. Thanks Joe I appreciate it. Greg, I did'nt do anything special, I just measured the amount to cut off and made the cuts with the back side of a hobby knife blade, kind of messed up a little on the rh side towards the bottom, it was'nt really straight, so I added a few pieces of styrene, other than that it was pretty smooth, thanks for looking..
  24. Great looking stuff you got going on here Joe...
  25. here's the engine on the stepside, I used the kit engine, I'll add wired dist, etc,,, but I going to did through the parts box for a better looking carb. thanks for looking...
