  3. looks great. some mild panel lines and some black wash on the rims will really make your nice paint job and clean build stand out.
  4. I must say the plow looks real. love the license plate. love the weathering on the over size chain... looks great Nick. 20 years from now or sooner your models will be on every model magazine cover page.
  5. Yes I have painted the engine aluminum "special ford project" But I do thank you both for the info. I would of never thought some blocks where black or grey,
  6. Kinda Getting closer. Depending how the touch up looks, I would like it to look freshly painted. I marked the areas for touch up with a silver sharpie. spray some paint into something I can lightly brush. But if it fails. it will be a old mods from the 80's with nitros of course.

  8. Boo-boo's sure do happen. then the model gets put away for a few years. lol Just got back from Montreal, Got the 68 dart kit when i was there . The interior colors are tamiya sky-grey xf-19 and the seats and trim is j.n grey xf-12

  12. Quick update, So its been really hot has lately but I wanted to build so last week I decided to tackle the rear bumper. Well this happened 8 dollar tiny roll of masking tape did not impress me. Well as you can see I have some touch up work to do. sorry for the crude mock up. I am always posting with to much haste. Let me know what you think about the colors. all Comments welcome. All.   13. Did some work on the interior over the weekend. I just have the base color done so far. detail and dash ect. to come. This was the first time I glued and sanded the seats before painting. I decided to paint the seats right after just in case I did not have to use putty. Paint covered the seams pretty well. Well I had to share. Thanks for looking.

  16. Hey Bob, Thanks for the Reply, Happy you like what I have built so far. I am going with the regular grill with the round headlights. no stripes. and probably leave the rear spoiler off. Just waiting on getting some BMF. money is kind of tight and I have never used BMF before so I hope i don't mess it up.
