I need a little help . I need some good pics of a late 70's early 80's chevy 4x4 drive train. The kit I am using is only two wheel drive and I need to convert. I have several transfer cases and a lot of motors to choose from but I would like to get a combo that looks right. I am building the truck from "CHiPs" that is driven by Jon Baker.

I watch Top Gear all the time but I missed that one. That car is awesome.

This one was built using a modified frame from the Hippie Hemi and the overhead valve caddy mill from the Amt 49 ford kit. The rear wheels are from the MPC Ice Cream truck and the tires from Morgan Automotive Detail.

I have a 60's era FED I would like to enter. I will post some pics when I get home.

Nice work so far. Don't worry about mistakes, they help remind you the next time to do it better. Take your time and it will turn out great. I just started building again over a year ago and the Hippie Hemi was the base for one of my first builds. I shortened the frame and used a blown caddy motor and built it to look like a 60's era dragster.

AWESOME JOB. I love the deacal and paint work. Did you reshape the windsheild ? If so could you go into a little more detail on how it was done. It is the one thing that stops me from chopping more tops.

Awesome paint work. My favorite it the Maverick. My grandmother had one and I always wanted to hot rod one .
