Wel as for me i would have to say ... #2 ..and ..#3.. my case in point are as follows ...lol some may remember this one it was my first build post here ..... the whole frame and suspention was scrached as well as the cage, the inner fenders , rad suport,fire wall ,a number of engine an interior parts also ... lol and lets not forget the ramcharger.. full scratched suspention w/4 wheel steer....and engine.parts.. and now for the #3 slot.... the lowrider and my first one at that...lol

This is my first post in the drag section... this is a build to repesent a hard working guy who gets lucky and finds a saleen S281 in the bone yard.. and this is were hes at. at the moment.... It'll be a quick build . to pass the time till my paint an parts get here for my general lee build... the start .. it'll have resin 4lug draglite, a 6 point roll bar, an a S281 from the saleen kit.. here it is after paint an a few mock ups before the tub was painted.. it was painted using nail polish .. hand made dist.. this is not to be a show peice just a build from a guy with lill money to spare to do what he loves .... DRAG RACE

Thanks for the comments ... As for this build ( no offense here ) but if you kept reading all that babble, you would kw that im not building a replica. Im doing a detailed general with as many details as I can put in it ...not movie or show details , but details you would find on any car ....but alot have mistaken this build for an accurate an a replica ...and its not , its the way I wanna build it ...to push my skills to the limit .....lol Thanks again for the comments .... Small update the body is in the bath an almost clean of paint an primer.. Got some PE work done . window cranks and seat belts.... fuel line ran down the chassie..... detailed the vectors a lill bit more.. roll cage modded and painted , console painted , an dash.... dash is not done yet got a lill more detailin to do .. thanks for looking an the comments.. sorry for no update .. ive had a wedding to go to 6 1/2 hrs away from home ... i have had a ton of paint problems the body came out good , but the doors,hood,trunk,front and rear peices.. got messed up so i stripped them an put a mix in the airbrush . well it got messed up .. So im stripping everything and i have some custom mixed ppg race hemi orange and clear coming monday... but i will have a small update tonight or tomarrow.... im also waiting on some aluminum mopar performance valve covers ( sould be here this comin week ).. so i can start the engine.. Decals finaly came in after a month .. but no good paint to put them on.. later days ....Davin

Ok the GENERAL LEE is at a holt for now im waiting on parts ,and the decals , wich i orderd a month ago sent 5 emails an still no responce .The general is not dead just on hold i will do a little at a time an post when i get further.. so im looking to do a some what quick build. but im stuck between 2 .. here they are 1st is a early 80s mustang possible et drag or some sort of street/drag car . i have a set of ma's resin pro dot hoosiers coming for it. it has 4 lug draglites. an a blown 302. motor will be stripped an repainted .. it was done yrs ago ..lol 2nd is a 78 dodge w/a resin short box . i was thinking a pro touring truck.. w/a hemi with a custom intake and other goodies... undisided on rims.. So any imput would be nice . let me kw what you guys would like to see built..... LATER DAYS ...Davin

Lets not forget (HOT ROD).... 65 dodge and a 70s cutlass.... 2 drag cars tearin up the road..

Quick update... got the interior flocked today ... heres some pics.. im still working on the head lights.. there coming right along an found some LEDS . i just have to modify the covers to acomidate the lights.. Later Days...Davin

Ok i took a big leep with this , but it turns out it works awsome.... i made the head light covers functional.... yeeeee hawwwww..lol heres some pics.... ok there it is. It still needs a few tweeks here and there but it will work just fine ... Later Days ...Davin

Yeah ive been thinking about the headlight covers... And I would like to make a set up to were they flip up and are functional.... I may look in to doing that ive had this idea for a wile .... Well see if I can pull it off ..... Lol

Ok got a little update .. been workin with the PE parts. an getting the paint worked out here we got the PE grill in and one coat of black , also sprayed the bumper with alcladll . need to respray the bumper.. got the PE center of the steering wheel in.. made the fuel rail for the double pumper holly carb. and last for now the role cage is just about done , and fixed... thats it for now interior is also painted ,waiting for my black furr to get here to do the carpet.. later days ..Davin

LOL..... thanks bro.. Well theres no update as of yet . Im having a paint prob .. the hemi orange went on a lill to thick. So the tail panel , lower valance,trunk lid ,and hood..is in the stripper bath... on a good note, I did get the alclad chrome, throttle springs , chrysler engine blue, boyds high gloss clear, sadle tan,and black flocking. just a few more goodies for the build.. oh an there will be a suprise commin for the 440 !!!!!!

Ok i got the body shell painted . (and i didnt use mopar Hemi Orange ) I used rust-oleum hemi orange engine paint..an it turned out real good . let me kw what ya think .. still gotta cure then wet sand and so on.. the rest will be painted soon. as soon as i get some scratches fixed... Well its been a slow weekend. I did however get started on the roll cage. it will be a 10 point , so far i have 6 of the 10 points done. here is the starting point..... And here is were im at now.... im not 100% with the way its turned out i may change it up a lill... please enjoy an more to come ... getting close for some paint.. Later days ... Davin

First I taped the door on an left a gap around the door aka (door gap ) . And then glued the hinges ln place making shure the tube on the door was pushed down on the pin as far as it would go before I glued it in place . As far as paint goes I may have to do some adjusting to the hinges to get it back in shape ...lol

Stationery to answer your ??? The section of the pin loop thats attached to the body is in a (L) shape to prevent that from happening. Thanks for the comments guys ... Laterdays Davin .

(witch i mighte add i wouldnt mind building as a dodge) heres the new PE i got in the mail. heres the opened doors an trunk after the glue dried. Now time for the jam of the week....
