    Looks like a Fun Kit!
  3. SCRIBE and PRIME! I wanted to mention that every time I add a Primer Coat to the Body, I re-scribe the door lines. I use a #11 X-Acto Blade to start lines. The #11 Blade is also very good for making straight lines, by using the edge of the Blade. I also drag to Blade through the door lines backwards to make the line thicker. Then I use different scribes to make the lines even wider. I added some more putty around the taillights and anywhere else that needed it. I applied another coat of filler/primer and a very little more putty. looks like the body work is almost finished! Front Mock-Up! More Coming...
  4. HYPER LIGHTZ! I got some rectangular Rhinestones at the crafts store. Then I carved a little slot to hold the Rhinestones inside the Hyperdrive Supercharger... I cut a strip of plastic and fit it in the Supercharger. Then I glued it in with Zap-A-Gap and Baking Powder. Here it is with a coat of flat yellow, in place. No Glue Yet... More Coming...
  5. Great Progress Pat! Fun Project...
  6. LIGHTS! I cut the 57 Chevy Headlight Housings off of the Grill Bar and found some 1/16th scale Headlight Lenses that fit pretty good. I painted the Headlight Lenses white. I positioned the Headlights in place and then traced a line around them. Next, I ground off the excess plastic outside of the Headlight Line. More Coming...
  7. Great Work Jake! Looks Real Nice...
  8. Thanks Joe! Yeah, I'll be applying some washes later. I'm starting to add some more colors now...
  9. Great Project Richard!
  10. SINK IT! I cut the opening a little too big...so I glued a plastic strip in each side to fill it in. Here is the License opening after sanding the plastic strips down smooth. I will be using 1/4" wide plastic strips to make the Sunken License Plate Housing. Here it is with the plastic strips glued in place. I also glued a piece of plastic on the inside to close off the Housing. More Coming...
  11. HYPERDRIVE SUPERCHARGER! I decided that I needed some kind of Scoops or Intakes on the X-Wing Body, so I started looking. I found this part in the B-Wing Fighter Kit. Looks like it will fit the body with some minor fitting and cutting. I removed the Snap-Tabs from the inside and sanded the inside smooth so it fits the Body better. I did a little carving on the rear of the piece to look and fit the X-Body better. Here is a quick mock-up... More Coming...
