  1. BOD MODS 4!!! I cut a piece of plastic to fill the area between the Body and Gas Tank. Glued it in place as shown... I added Panels below the Seat area. I cut them from plastic, bent them to shape and glued them in. Here are the New Parts shown with the Body in place!

    Stingray Concept

    NICE BUILD!
  3. THE GOLDEN STILETTO!!! I painted the Stiletto with Testors Aztec Gold. Engines & Nose are Tamiya Light Gunmetal... Rear View... Underside...
  4. BOD MODS 3!!! I bent the 2 sides of the top in and put some Zap-A-Gap glue on the joint, then I put some Baking Powder on it. That held the top sides together, then I added a small triangular piece of plastic to fill the hole... I made a cardboard template of the rear open space, and transfered the shape to .080 sheet plastic. I soaked the New Piece in hot water to help the bending go easier. Here is the Rear Filler Piece in place. I cut it in half to make the job easier. I had to add a third piece in the middle to fill the gap... More Bod Mods Coming...
  5. BOD MODS 2!!! I cut a Seat Support and Rear Pan from sheet plastic. They are just a little wider than the Frame... The Dotted lines are where I will be bending the sides in. Here are the 2 New Parts glued in place! I cut a small piece of plastic for the top of the body and bent the sides in to meet it. Then it was glued in place with Zap-A-Gap, Green Label. Rear View... More Bod Mods Coming...
  6. QUAD BOD MODS!!! I started to make a Body for the Quad Trike. I started with a Cardboard "Body Side" Template and worked with it untill it was pretty close, then I traced the shape on to sheet plastic. I continued working on the plastic Body Side untill it was very close to what I wanted and then I traced the Body side to a second piece of plastic and cut it out. I did several Mock-Ups, Testing & Fitting... Now, I've got a pretty good Idea what the Body will look like when pieced together... More Quad Bod Mods Coming...
  7. CUSTOM GASTANK!!! I cut a wedge shape about 3/16th inch from the front bottom of the tank, tapered off to nothing at the rear bottom. Here are the Stock and Custom Tanks together... I also cut the slot at the front to lower the Tank on the frame. I traced the shape of the Tank on to sheet plastic for a New Bottom. Here is the New Tank Bottom in place! Then I cut out a New Groove in the bottom.... Ready for Primer...
  8. ENGINES...MOCKED-UP!!! Here is the Transmission in place... Here are the Engines Top View... Front View...
  9. TRANS TUNNEL!!! I cut out about 3/4 inch from the Center Support Tube... Then I found a "U" Shaped piece of plastic and cut it down to size. Next I glued it between the Center Tube and the Lower Frame Tubes. I also added 2 Vertical Support Tubes right at the front edge of the Aluminum Tubing as shown.
