  11. Restoring The Lines... When I attached the Cockpit Cover and Replaced the trim on the body, the separating lines got sloppy. So I got a X-Acto Knife & a Kona Saw and got to work... I started by scribing the lines with a Number 11 Blade in an X-acto Knife. Keep the blade as flat as possible for straight lines... Next, I carefully went over the lines with the Zona Saw... A little clean up and putty and I'm done with the New Lines!

  17. CHOPPED THE BUBBLETOP!!! I've almost got STAR FIRE Finished and I decide the front of the Bubbletop is too tall...so I slice 1/4" off the front bottom, with a Cutting Wheel in a Dremel Tool. I used different grades of Sandpaper to Smooth the bottom edge of the Bubble top. I'm Happy Now!!! Still a little more fitting to do...
  18. UNDERSIDE VIEW!!! Here is the underside, showing the Interior held together with Straping Tape, then glued later. The 3 Piece Assembly fits right in the center of the rear seat, at the highest point. Here is the Access Panel in Place. The Vertical Thrusters are Low Rider Wheels...
