  1. Great Start Ray!
  2. BOTTOM HALF! I narrowed the front end the match the Top Body Half. Then I glued the Rear Body Sections in place. Here are both Sections glued in place. Then I glued the Side Sections in place. More Coming...
  3. Thanks Ray! More Coming soon...
  4. FIRE FROG! Fire Frog will be a Futuristic Style Dune Buggy. It is made from the Gran Turismo and the Moon Scope Kits. I started by narrowing the Gran Turismo Body. I took out about an inch from the front and tapered the cut to about 1/8th inch in the rear. I used a Cut-Off Wheel in a Dremel Tool to do the cutting. Then I glued the Body halves back together with Zap-A-Gap, Green Label. More Coming...
  5. Here are some photos my friend Mike Wong took at NNL West 2014! http://s453.photobucket.com/user/iradahm/slideshow/NNL%20West%202014%20Mike Hope you enjoy them...
  6. NUTS! These are "O" scale Nuts from the Railroad Section at the Hobby Shop. You can just slice off the Nuts and glue them where you want to. You can paint the nuts either before or after you glue them in place. Here they are in four different places on the Legs. More Coming...
  7. ARMS! I cut four 1/4 inch lengths of plastic tubing. I cut the inside edge of the tubing to make a "Socket" for each arm. I glued the Arms in place with Zap-A-Gap. Notice how the Robot Arms mimic the Human Arms. I also reset the Pilots feet and legs so that they looked more Natural. The round Air Vents on the sides are old Ford Hubcaps. The Satellite Dish is from the Moon Scope kit and other details came from the Star Wars Pod Racer Kit. Some of the details were painted with Vallejo Brass Paint. More Coming...
  8. SORRY OBI-WAN! I was going to use the Obi-Wan Pilot for the Walker, but I thought he needed a Helmet, so I gave him a Haircut. Here he is with the Helmet Head. He still doesn't look right for the Walker... Found this driver in a 25th scale Formula-1 Car. With a little bit of cutting and bending, I got the new Pilot to fit in the cockpit Perfectly. I painted him with Vallejo White Paint, Great stuff! Here is a better photo of the Helmet Detail. More Coming...
  9. No Updates Today. I'm designing a New Top for the Vette Jet...
  10. WHITE GLUE & SEAMS! I started painting some Red Details to accent the Silver Body Color. Then I started filling some of the Seams and Gaps in the Body with Formula 560 White Glue. I put some White Glue on a tooth pick and carefully lay it into the Seams. Sometimes it takes a couple of coats, but it will fill most Gaps. Later I will paint over the dry White Glue and the Seams will blend right in. More Coming...
  11. WINGTIPS!!! USA Walker stance was a bit wobbly, I needed to do something. I found 2 sets of Wing Ends from a Monogram Dragster Kit. They fit in place perfectly on the backs of the feet so now I've got a little more stability. I added braces from the Star Wars Pod Racer to Beef them up. Here it is with a little paint... Rear Shoe View! More Coming...
