What color did you paint the transmission? I built one years ago for a Kenworth and I painted it beige along with the engine. I am going to build a Diamond Reo and a White boss, so I was going to detail them better than the last one, and i really liked yours. That came out great.

I have a badger and I usually use the fine tip for most spraying, but with that paint I step up to the medium tip.

I like many purchased the original AM version when it first came out. Back then I couldn't do decals very well so I tried to paint the white stripes on it and failed. The body has been stripped twice and put back in the box. Yesterday I was at the hobby shop and there was the new Revell version so I went ahead and bought it. Now some day I will break the other one out and try to build both. (famous last words). I still think it is a good kit of a beautiful car.

We have a few little pomeranians and they always follow me into the garage where I build. I was in the middle of building some leaf springs and hangers when I must have knocked 1 on the floor. I looked every where with out finding it, so I started over. I know one of those little devils took it. So the other day I had some 1/24 figures and i was using them to check out how something looked compered to them. Well I couldn't find one, and I looked all over, and decided they got it. (I do have one figure that ill have make him have a peg leg) I was very mad at them and decided they were not going to be allowed in the garage anymore. two days ago I walked into the garage and noticed the missing figure was standing in the doorway of another diorama that I had built. Well I had to apologize to my little friends for blaming them for it. (this time)
My 5 year old grandson who is autistic and just loves toy cars is the reason my built models are now in a locked case.

At work I sit about 30 feet away from a Boeing 767 as its being assembled. When I get home, and sit in my garage and build, I want to hear my self think.

Really nice job. I just finished a couple of street bikes, I think they would look cool on that trailer also. Great idea. (but now I have to buy another kit. LOL)

I tell ya, the Hot Wheels Monster Truck wheels fit the TZH Apocolyptic feel way too well
Thanks to this CBP I have bought 2 hot wheels already, and today going to pick up a 4 pack that they have. Kind of a shame to tear them up but, oh well. They also had some John Deere combine that had some cool looking tires, still thinking about that one.
Because of this also, after 6 years I will finally break 100 post's.

Ok picked up a Monster Jam. Here's a comparison between the 1/25 scale low profiles that came with my hummer model and the monster jam wheels which are on some versions are conveniently detachable (look for Bad New Travels Fast 27/80)

Just look for "HOT WHEELS MONSTER JAM TRUCK" on ebay or something. Quite a few of us are using them.
Which ones? I found 1/64th size.

My grandson is 5 now and he loves cars a lot, I even had to get a display cabinet that locks because of him. Unfortunately he is very autistic, so I dont know if he will ever will be able to do anything like models. The only thing that keeps him focused sometimes is very colorful cartoons, otherwise he is always going from one thing to another. Someday but my hopes for a normal life for him are very clouded.
