Hi Dan thanks for sharing the pics,as usual all top quality work on the models ,lots of talent there,I see next year will be the 20th aniversary show,I am going to plan on traveling up there to participate,I've got to figure out how to fly with my models without wrecking them,I should have something special I have been working on done by then, hope all is well with you and look forward to seeing everyone next year, well, KEEP ON TRUCKIN' brother ......Todd

I had a buddy in upstate NY with the exact same car ,color and all,but he ran 10"slicks on the back and it was originally a 383 car but he put a 440 in it ,he drove it on the street and it was the baddest thing I have ever ridden in ,even compared to my 69 roadrunner that was tubbed and caged w/440 and 4 speed,I'm telling you it was downright scary! your model is a well crafted little piece of art and history ,excellent job on building this bad ride,I can't even begin to imagine a dart with a friggin Hemi, great work look forward to more.....Todd

Thanks ,I know what you mean,I had to build the whole frame then clamp it and pray, next one i'm usig all plastic,I have a set of those rims on the old mpc dodge powerwagon like you used on your ford{outstanding by the way}but I have never been satisfied with the tires and wheels on mine, do you know of any tires like the old 7.50-16,s on early 70's fords? Wierdest Loads Ever?
superdog replied to Jim B's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
I used to haul chicken poop in a 66 dm 600 and bring it to a compost guy and then I mixed it with rotting leaves and grass clippings with a 1968 trojan 304 loader, had a cab but no doors ,absolutley the worst thing I have ever smelled,I used to puke out the window 2 or 3 times before I could mix even 1 load, well you do alot of crazy ###### when your'e young dumb and despeate for money.......those were the good old days,I shoulda' listened to my old man and went to med school.......... -
very cool...............Todd
