  2. I put them on in place and then cut them before they are too dry with a surgical blade. Hope this helps.

  7. Hey Guys I am wanting to paint a drag car flat black. But everytime I handle a piece it gets finger prints and stuff on it. What is the best way to do this,plus decals don't stick to flat... Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks John

  11. I prepped the body Krylon white primer and then krylon white paint(perfect)! Taped off stripes on body and sprayed krylon true blue,DIASTER!!!! Cracked, checked,peeled,all kinds of grief. What happened? Should I stop trying to use Krylon? Thanks John

  17. Kevin Did you intend to say... no offense(or are you using the british spelling in this posting)? You might wish to use the word offensive in this instance(I don't believe offencful is grammatically correct). Hope this helps,no offense meant. Why don't we just stick with the model building here?

  20. I was born and raised in Greenville,SC I currently live in Buffalo,NY I rarely see the confederate flag in these parts,but I do see prejudice and LOTS OF IT!!!!!!!!! More than I ever did down south. Just my 2 cents worth John
  21. I sprayed both cars saturday. The tamiya seems dry enough to handle. The testors clear "fish-eyed" alittle around the wheel wells up front,did I spray it too heavy? John
  22. I just painted 2 bodies,both in testors lacquer. I painted one in italian red and one in chrysler yellow. I cleared the red car in testors clear and the yellow one in tamiya clear. The tamiya clear came out better!!!!! alot better!!!! Can this be true? I might just be sold on tamiya clear! Any thoughts? Thanks John

  24. Looking for just the right color,tire and well combo. Ardun engine,trying to get the "period correct" look. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. John
