Started a new build, it's an AMT international transtar 4300, building it as a daycab, and also installing a 3406b CAT. I bought plaskits resin 72" Hendrickson suspension to give it a heavy haul look. What a great job Dan does at casting as well!! Plan to make it similar to the western star I'm also building.
Think I'm going to add double square headlights instead of the kits round ones, it might update the styling a little bit as well, like the headlights from the amt kenworth t600
I like the new route your taking it better! Nice work! I could never figure out the best way to build this kit without the flarings to make it look right.
Well got a bit more done, rear suspension is left as is, but using the spoked wheels off the amt Chevy Titan, they look more aggressive, if I can't score a kta soon ill settle for a 3408 cat v8 as I have one already.
Okay I'll take that in consideration than when I continue on with it tonight! Ill glue the hood brackets on first because there going black anyway like the frame
