  1. Though I've never heard of the fella, RIP
  2. Personally, I hate the look of it, AND the fact it's got a small engine...
  3. Anyone having trouble posting? Since yesterday the site's been brutally slow for me. I can usually get posts through, I just have to hit the enter button about 20 times and the delete post button about 19 times EDIT-It seems I can post topics really fast, but not posts...
  4. Exactly why I think it's one of the most useless things to learn. Of course, the most useless thing is diagramming. It's like, am I gonna get paper out every time I speak and diagram it to make sure it's correct?
  5. I watched part of it, and although I liked Jesse's bike the most, I wanted to punch him in the face for all the "comments". OCC's "bike" (can we call it that?)....it looked fun but it definitely wasn't a bike. PJD's bike, I didn't see that part. I used to love OCC's bikes when Paulie was there a long time ago, because they didn't use all this wacky junk they use these days.
  6. Right now I'm struggling in math. I'm learning about metric now... And to make it worse, I absolutely cannot stand math. But, you gotta know it.
  7. Yeah, too bad though when you have the people like me that suck at math!
  8. The link doesn't work for me anyhow...but does the URL description explain it enough?
  9. I wish that was the truth...
  10. I don't. This is waaaaaaay beyond my knowledge
  11. Yeah, that's assuming that the model is made out of ALL the same materials as the 1:1.
  12. Sad thing is, some good cars get the "donk" torture
  13. Yes, that's what's confusing me also. I'm under the influence that perhaps it's how tight the molecules are joined, maybe?
  14. I didn't know it was so complicated.......
  15. Oh. Well that was kind of a stupid moment for me then
  16. What if you made a model weigh its scale weight? For instance, a '69 Z/28 Camaro weighs 3765 lbs. When you divide that by 25 (1/25 scale), you get 150.6 lbs. Is that right? It just seems stupidly heavy for a model.
  17. Slightly off topic, but what about adding lead in the trunk or something for weight?
  18. That's when you run open headers and make everyone really mad
  19. "Mom, Dad, can I please get this for Christmas?"....
  20. I don't even do that...and I even put gaskets on my engines!!
  21. I agree. But they're not really detailed enough to display with the vavlve covers off..
  22. Awesome! I'll definitely be watching the Chevy, since that's my favorite style of Chevy truck
