    I'm sure . The sad part is he was probley taking the car to the scrap yard in which he still would not get enough to pay for the fins.Whare I live you can't tow a vehicle with chains or tow straps either. If you do you get some hefty fines.

    Just some food for thought most teen to mid twentys farm boys are puting stacks on there trucks lifting them and using them for mudding . At least here in NY where I live that's the case.
