Don't know why I missed this one, Charles - outstanding weathering again which is your trademark anyway.
What impresses me most here is the crumpled and smashed glass of the rear door, almost falling out of its frame - how did you replicate that?
A big thank you. Glad you liked the results. The crumbled glass effect was easy. The trick is to use Protective glass, used for mobil phones. Its the perfect material to use to get the effect. It's tampered, so it holds its shape. Hope this helps.

Been very busy with commsion builds of late. So not a lot of time for building for myself. But this little one got my attention. An Ak-Interactive technical jeep, which was a nice build on its own. The figures are older builds which I added for some atmospheric eye candy. Scale is 1/35.

I Forgot..what scale is this scene?A couple of the things that pop out, with the exception of the truck,of course, are that white plastic chair, and the shopping cart? They look so real, and dirty, kind of like the ones i had as kitchen chairs when i moved into my first apartment.🤣🤷♂️I mean they were clean.Anyway,i don’t know if you said, but where did you find that chair, and the shopping cart,if you don’t mind me asking?
Thanks.
Apology for the late reply. The chair I got from Mathos models. Type the name in Google. The shopping cart is from Royal Model: https://www.royalmodel.eu/en/accessories-for-dioramas/563-shopping-cart-135.html

Without a doubt, some of the best texture development and weathering work, ever, anywhere.
I've been looking at truly exceptional model RR work for decades, and none of it syrpasses yours.
There's a tremendous amount to be learned just from looking at your results, so thanks for continuing to post.
Very powerful words of upliftment. I am honored that you think that way. Thank you very much.

This can really be described as 'weathering' as most modellers refer to wear and tear as weathering.
Thanks. Much appreciated.

They usually are. thank you.

Yes, that and the oil and grease mixture. I have no clue so was just asking.
On this particular piece, I used Mig's grease & oil solution. It's a solution that MIG has that you can purchase for models. I used the vaseline to give it the little extra thickness.

Question: Will it eventually attack the plastic?
Hi. Are you referring to the Vaseline?
