  6. HeHe! Thanks. Not sure, what he has in his hand. I'm guess a screw driver or the like. It all differs, and circumstances does play a role. Seen many variations. Thank you David. The figures are 3D scanned from real people. They come from http://reedoak.com/. Do check them out. Nicely detailed.
  7. Glad you liked the diorama. Hope the client does too. Much appreciated. Thank you so very much.

  9. They are Michelin's rubber insignia or maskots.
  10. Thank you kindly David. Your descriptive means a lot. Thanks again for your warm and kind words. 1:43 is bigger, but like you mentioned, being a truck it gives the illusion it is slightly bigger. Thank you. I always try and portray reality as close as possible. I appreciate your comment very much.
  11. I have been working on a small snow diorama for the Oscarsson's truck and trailer I weathered a while ago for a client. I wanted to show-off the truck and trailer combo in its environment to further make it more convincing., Although, the client did not request a diorama, I thought I'd show him how it would look in its environment, when I meet him next week to deliver the models. Who knows, he might just buy it. Regardless, I still have to add tyre tracks in the snow and add snow on the dock roof. Hope you all like it.
  12. Thank you John.
  13. Thanks Chris.
  14. Thank you kindly. Hehe! So true.

  17. Glad you liked it. Thanks.
  18. Hi David. The truck has a Swedish registration number plate. It is a Italeri 142H kit. Thanks Espo.
  19. Thank you kindly. Glad you approve. He did. The truck pretty slowly and that part was not that deep for the entire truck to go under.
  20. I decided to have another go at a winter scene. The scene is based on a real scenario but different truck. The icicles were made by holding clear sprues over a candle, and slowly pulling the two halves away from each other. The frost was made using Green Stuff Frost solution. Two methods you can use; 1. The cheapest, which is to mix salt in warm water with a drop or two of detergent; and pour it into a spray bottle and spray it on. It takes about 10-20 minutes to crystallize. 2. you can buy frost solution by Green Stuff. The icicles were made by holding clear spruce over a candle and pulling slowly until you achieve the desired length. Then it is just a matter of cutting the ends to the desire lengths. The snow was made by my usual standards as before, on the other DHL truck scene I did many months before.
  21. I ask myself the same question, but is more of how do I manage to work in that scale. It's not a scale for me. I did it as a challenge, by the manufacturer, who sent two versions free of charge. He wanted photos of them, as a promo.
  22. Glad you like the results. Thank you.
  23. Hi David. Well, at least, that scale is bigger than what I was working on.
