  1. This is all decal that I created on my computer.
  2. 1/25
  3. Latest build completed. Replica of the Craig Sullivan Pro Mod. Other than the kit based taillights everything else in this build is a combination of scratchbuilt, resin, 3D print and aftermarket.
  4. I had two projects in the works with the Atlanta show in October in mind. Unfortunately there wasn't time to devote to getting both finished. This is the build that will have to be completed later on down the road. An original MPC 75 Dodge pickup with the drag boat from the Monogram 65 Chevy stepside combo kit. I shortened the bed and I am scratchbuilding a modern, lowered chassis setup. The base chassis is from the Chezoom full detail kit and much of the rest is scratchbuilt, 3D printed and kitbashed. The boat has a 3D printed engine with some added scratchbuilt pieces and lots of extra details to come. The truck and boat are dressed up with custom homemade graphics.
  5. Door panels are scratchbuilt, wheel tubs are built and pretty much everything now under the body is completed.
  6. The interior is all wired. Front suspension is done.
  7. It's all pretty much homemade decal and some touchup paint work to blend it all together.
  8. More updates. Exhaust temp sensors completed on both sides of the engine. Holddown straps are installed. Rollbar padding. Rear fire extinguishers and battery installed and wired.
  9. The only stock parts will be the taillights.
  10. Haven't been here in a while but the building keeps going. So, I figured I'd post the progress on my latest build that I hope to have done in time for the NNL in Atlanta in late October. This is a replica of Craig Sullivan's 69 Daytona Pro Mod. Lots of scratchbuilding, kitbashing of parts box parts, aftermarket resin and 3D printed parts and homemade graphics.
  11. Very nice, clean build. Your version is very acceptable. If you were trying to be accurate, as you have already stated, the four speed would run with the short stacks and the scoop on the hood.
  12. My latest completion. Bucky Hess super stock 68 Hemi Cuda. Lots of kitbashing, scratchbuilding, wiring and plumbing, resin parts, 3D parts and aftermarket decals.
  13. Latest completed build. Revell kit with machined aluminum wheels, homemade decals, hinged trunk with scratchbuilt trunk interior. Scratchbuilt rollcage, 3d printed shifter and added detailing. https://images34.fotki.com/v1681/photos/3/177223/16535211/20230626_114940-vi.jpg[/img]
  14. The 3d printed parts came from Jim Rogers of Salvinos JR
  15. Completed build of Don Prudhomme's 71 Hot Wheels Cuda funny car. Revell kit with resin body and custom made vinyl decals.
  16. This is my completed build of Erik Jones 2022 Bristol dirt race Tide Camaro. It is built from a Salvinos kit along with 3D printed dirt tires, mudflaps and wiper blade along with decals from 3 Amigos.
  17. Just finished my first modified build. I used excellent Ace Decals. Pinned the carb to allow the air cleaner to be removed and heated the kit based window net and reshaped it to give it the laid open look.
  18. Been absent from the forum for a while. Here is my latest completed build. Salvinos JR nextgen Camaro kit combined with decals from MPR to build the Noah Gragson Wendy's car that he ran at the Daytona 500. Lots of added details, some that can't be seen after final assembly. Open hood, cut away the hood vents for realism. Open trunk and roof flaps. I purposely built the engine to be displayed outside the car so that all of the extra detail can be seen. I built it where it can be displayed with the tires/wheels on or off. I'll add a future post that shows some of the closeup details of what is hard to see.
  19. Thanks for all the compliments.
  20. Very nice. Sits right and this car always looked better with black wheels than the chrome ones on the box art.
  21. My latest finished build. Salvinos JR 73 Petty Charger. Lots of extra details including some assorted 3D parts, MCG photo etch and all the necessary plumbing and wiring.
  22. Very nice build. Excellent detail and paint work.
  23. Thanks guys. This is a resin body that I created. There were a lot of changes made to the body but I don't believe that I widened it at all.
  24. Almost 10 years ago I started on this build. It's been on and off the workbench multiple times in that time span. The body has been through two complete re-paints in that time as well, for different reasons. Now, it's finally complete and on the shelf. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [
