  1. Here is my cluttered bench , hopefully I can get the lotus finished today
  2. Today I got some black washing done on the grille and hood
  3. I met Ferguson jenkins about 4 years ago , it was very cool

Here is an engine mockup , I know the valve covers are on the wrong sides but i dont want to take off parts that are superglued And could someone who has built this kit tell me if i should attach the fan belts to the engine then glue in place , or glue the engine in place attach the body to the chassis then attach the fan belts like the instructions tell you to do , thanks
  5. Its looking fantastic already! . What clear did you spray over the decal and are you going to do anything to strengthen the A pillars since they are very thin?

Another kit I got for christmas , I am going to build this box stock with a black exterior and semi gloss black interior , all comments are welcome Here is the body I painted today , the paint is tamiya TS-14 , there is a scratch on the roof which was caused by a flying air hose but hopefully I can smooth it out and not have to strip and repaint
  7. Thanks niko! . Sadly I will not try to fix the decal with paint I just dont want to risk messing up my paint
  8. I got all the decals on the top of the body laid down ,once again they were a pain in the arse and would not lay flat , and as you can notice there is a part of the decal missing... .which I am not happy about

  12. This is what the lotus should look like when its done , except having a windsheild , fully painted wheels , and decals
  13. Since all the gauge decals cracked on me I decided to make the cockpit look a little more "interesting" so i sharpied the gauges and the center of the steering wheel
  14. Here is some more progress , I am so close to to finishing it!
  15. I got the interior and rear suspension assembled along with adding the injector stacks and exhaust pipes . some areas may look black , that is because of the alclad , I handled it so much it started to rub off and it kinda gives it a worn look

  20. Is there any way to polish tires? , the tires in one of my kits are quite dull and I'd really like to make them pop without painting them since they have decals on the sidewalls
  21. All the hobby shops I've been to have had tons of tamiya paint
  22. My dog's favourite snack is F-350 fender , Thank god nothing happened to her
  23. Looks very nice! , I wish I could of detailed the interior a little more on mine , yours looks so much better
  24. I got the decals on the front cowl . the kits decals really like to crack , Microsol liquid decal film is definatley needed
