  1. I'll try that.
  2. so last night i did brakes, and started on the interior and front suspension.... but i cant add any pictures. apparently i've filled my quota.
  3. Appreciated. The GT-One is coming slowly. I'm still gathering materials, finishing products mostly, cuz I need this one done right. I think ill be working on the interior tonite so ill put up pics in a few hours.
  4. So after hours of patiently de-bonding, sanding, scraping, soaking, and such, I have unfortunately lost this battle. 60% of the parts have either snapped or are still stuck together. So this poor lady is officially SCRAPPED. I'll just get another one, and I'll have a box of (a few) spare parts.

  6. Very creative - you could work for Top Secret!
  7. The low angle makes it tough. I'm gonna say model- a big one.
  8. You scared me; I thought "is there a new SAW movie? But then I saw a staple of my childhood - Awesome Dio.
  9. I'm getting one of these!
  10. The color on the celica is nice!
  11. Its a tamiya, so the engine and exhaust is like 60 pieces.
  12. Did some work on the GT-One: hard to see the dry brushing on the headers, but it's there. I'm working my way in- interior is next!
  13. Not much to report. Body is getting a dose of Purple Power, got most everything disassembled, got rid of some mold lines and such. TIP: dont leave de-bonder on too long after the parts separate- you'll get wrinkles in them.
  14. that one was actually a bit of a nailbiter. Sorry friend, but the Iron Curtain lifted a while ago.
  15. sexy sexy!!
  16. those turbos are huge. what scale?
  17. why didnt i think of that? Cuz i'm a dummy, that's why. I'm there!

  19. 1) BMW E39 M5 97-03 2) '38 Chrysler Airflow (Boyd Coddington one-off) 3) '65 Chrysler 300J 4) Thrust SSC (land speed record holder) 5) 1/12 Lexus LFA
  20. That looks soooo good!
  21. Really cool!
  22. EBay and I are besties. Just got some for 3 bucks.
  23. I'm sure they do. I managed to get the body off- apparently you're not supposed to glue the hood down.
  24. I used to tell myself that I kept my very first build as a sort of reference marker, so I might look at my past progress and smile at my former self. But lately all I do is cringe. Look at this thing. From what I understand Vipers offer their own special challenges, but i did this so poorly the bumper just fell off while i was taking photos. I lost a headlight lens, so I opted for the 'no headlight lenses' look. I do remember being (somewhat) patient on the interior, albeit a lack of detail. This car DESERVES a rebuild, so I've decided to get started. except i think i used superglue. Oh boy.
