  1. I havent been on here in a while it would seem. Niko, that is a very cool turboed small block!! Roy
  2. Randy, real nice job on that 1986, both cars look great I owned a 1:1 1985 GT convert a while back. I loved that car!!! Would have liked to have seen one in scale too. I cant wait to see them completed!! Roy
  3. I think it's looking pretty dang good Mike. I was comparing it to a picture on Google, and It looks like there is a slight indent, lower in the center area, but I think You've very much nailed it!! Roy
  4. Mike converting a Cobra to a Saleen is a pretty big undertaking. I give You a lot of credit I'm not sure I'd have the maracas to take that on. But, Your doing it justice my man!!! Lookin' good. Roy
  5. Oh yeah Jason!! That's is nice!! I have looked at Your other projects too, I do believe Your obsession is quite healthy!!! One of the major flaws with mine was that the body moldings are not correct for a '93 LX. And as brad pointed out the taillights were the '83-86 style. I had intended to paint them in the style the '93 Cobra. When I sold the 1:1 car I gave the young buyer the model as well, and he got a big kick out of it. One of these days I do plan a having another go at a redo of this car. Thanks again, and keep the great work up Guys. Roy
  6. Thanks Stephen,Bradley, Yes I am mad about them Mustangs!! Jason the rear spoiler is from the 1998 Saleen kit that was filed and reshaped to look like the LX item.
  7. Thanks you Guys. Mike it started as the 1983 Mongram kit, with some surgery to the nose piece to appear as an LX. Plus I did use some items from the 1992 GT convertilbe kit as well, such as the nose and wheels and tires. Roy
  8. Hi all, I hope it's OK that post a few pics here? It's a replica of a 1:1 car I owned. Roy
  9. Bradley, that sounds like a really cool car!! Yeah I have tried to keep mine as close to stock as possible, just intake and 4bbl carb, dual exhuast, and wheels and tires.I did also own a '78 King Cobra with T tops once. Thanks for the positive comments guys.
  10. Thanks Bradley, the black one is a replica of my 1:1.
  11. Hey I saw someone put that body on a Revell-Monogram Trans Am Mustang chassis.
  12. Thanks guys, I know the interior color is not accurate, but I felt it went well with the green to purple to gold color shifting paint that I used. The same paint that I used on this 1995 Shinoda Boss that I built as a gift for the son of a VERY special Lady. Hope you like it as well, Roy
  13. Hi there, I'm new to this forum, and i thought I'd start by posting a 1965 Shelby that I just finished. Thank,Roy
