heres the 1950 chevy what do ya think doc, should i weather the chevy and keep the monster truck stock? keep in mind i have only been modeling for a couple of months.

Found a great site for getting decals for race cars, this site is called mikesdecals.com . Their prices are pretty cheap and have kits for cheap to. Check them out

the american trucker series on speed did an episode on smokie and bandit. look it up on youtube, you should be able to find more info about the truck by watching that episode.

update: Got all the primer stripped and iam going hobby shopping today finally got my tax money so i can get some stuff. gona get me some putty. also i am gona use createx yellow on the body and clear with testors one shot clear. their's a few places to putty so hopefully i can get all the stuff i need today. gona pick me up some more models too for future projects. I have been doing more reading and learning on here then acuall building lol this fourm is great

I got a spray bottle of awesome at dollar general for a buck and they sell a gallon of it at family dollar for like 2 bucks. It striped the primer right off I let set in awesome for two days. I still need to get to the hobby shop and get some putty.

finally started on the rammnuition tonight. good lord the insturction sheet on this thing is like 8 pages. this build will test my new found styerne skills

Update: just put the body in totally awesome to strip the primer and its already taking the primer off.That stuff works like magic, we all ready had a gallon under the sink . Still need to order some putty for that dent.

afrer thinking about iam going to strip the primer and start over. i used the duplicolor so purple power should do the trick right. plus iam gona get some putty to fill the dents. in fact theirs a couple of stores i need to go to so i will get some pruple power and la's totaly awesome

so are they mostly on the engine and chassis i really couldnt find much on the body but did find a lot on the chassis

thanks harry, iam still looking for a pic to show me what they are, as this is the first time i am ever removing the mold lines. that did explain what they are. so i know what they are now just gota find them

does any one here have a link or can tell me what mold lines are. I did some research on here and and can not find what iam looking for. a picture would help big time. I will try google to see what i can find on their about mold lines.

i thought about that i do have white primer., i will be getting some putty to fill in the dents and do some research on here to find out what mold lines. thanks guys for all the feed back. i do plan on taking my time on this cause this build is for my brother and i want it to look nice as possible. I might end up striping the primer off and spray white on or just spray the white over the gray. I do like all the feed back you guys are giving me it is helping as a builder. really appericate it
