This is the new reissue of the 32 ford sedan. A good kit. Painted Tamiya Black and clear. Painted the chrome wire wheels Rustoleum brown. Photo-etched grill. Drilled out the fenders for the headlights. If you build this kit the interior is very hard to install. the body must be stretched open to do it. I would recommend not attaching the fire wall until the interior is in. The engine is the kit supplied flat head.

Just to set the record straight, it was the 22nd NNL east show, there were not 22 awards, I believe there are only 5 or 6 awards, best junior, best in show, an award names for a deceased tri-state club member and one each for the three themes. As to the competive nature I believe that is up to the individual's feelings. I guess they should just say it is a non-judged contest except for the public voting.

Here is one I did some years ago. A cross ram heni for a cuda. They can be big engines so make sure it fits.

There is a discussion on the board about Ross gibson engines and I wanted to show this cross ram engine I put in a cuda some years ago. I know the radiator hose is missing. The fan comes with the engine. they are a resin kit.

I will try to get some more pictures this week. I thought it went together well. I used superglue to hold the chassis to the body but it was not too bad a fit. overall I would say it is a very good kit. Love the black color on it.

Revell kit , House of kolor Euro red and clear, polished. Box Stock.

Yes. It has a engine and complete drive train.

I have not posted in quite a while so I will post some of my recent completions. This is the Revell prostreet chevelle. Painted House of Kolors candy red over gold base. Cleared and polished. Interior seats are a combination leather paint and brown. The wheels are a one time set made by Bob Dudek (thanks bob) I bought at the GSL auction last May. The rear panel is the kit decal. I need to reattach the side mirror and finish foiling the vent windows.

I actually broke both side rails during construction. I think the plastic was more fragile than todays kits, so I would be careful when handling the pieces. Also the color table is in french so you may have to look up the french words for the colors.

To be an equal opportunity poster I will post this here. It was built from the Heller 1/24 kit. The green parts were not painted just cleared with future floor wax. the interior was cleared with a matte finish. This was an experiment to see how it would come out and it looks pretty good. I like doing something out of the ordinary once in a while to breakup the usual routine. I know the body should be probably a matte finish but I will claim the canvas was replaces with metal. LOL
