  1. Thats lookin too sweet so far! i i like the bmf plan there, very nice.
  2. Quoted for truth haha.
  3. The C5-R in the Fellows/ Earnhardt kit seemed to have a lot more parts, and was tricky to put together. Mine is half done, you're doin a bang up job on this one.
  4. I don't think it's slowed me down much. I buy all my kits via eBay or the cheapest online vendor option, and they're almost all cars that no one wants anyhow so that helps save money. Only time I go to the LHS or HL is get glue, paint and Xacto blades, and I try and schedule that when I'm already in the area doing other things.
  5. Great start, I need to re think my lighting and phot set up
  6. Revell 87 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe went together really nice as I recall. I did it a year ago
  7. Not a bad plan there's certainly some that hold a soft spot in my heart for varying reasons lol.
  8. Always liked this style Camaro and looks like you did this kit proud. You going to build your other kit as well?
  9. Everyone's a little different, so you really have to think about what you build I think. I pretty much only do cars from '87 and up and have a nice time with a warmed up can. Also I've got into using DupliColor Perfect match for manufacture specific colors and that's helped my color variety. Just good prep and post work and you can do well for yourself via cans.
  10. Lookin' sharp, and mean too. Like that color too nice.
  11. This is pretty awesome, I think i might try that solder idea for a roll cage on a project i'm stalled on.
  12. Yeah, I gotta agree with the others, that's gorgeous. Good job!
  13. do promos usually dis assemble fairly easily?
  14. I love the ideas so far, and lookin' good. i'm keepin track of this one for sure.
  15. Glad to hear you're back in the game. the ferrari kits always build up nice, keep us posted mate.
  16. Oh, thanks for the heads up Tommy I'll try that too.. And if you do Michael that'd be cool, keep me posted.
  17. yeah I borrowed it from the comparison thread and cropped it. I went over to the site and the 'contact us' button isn't working so i'll keep checking back in.
  18. I've never seen the movie, but I like your car. Nicely done.
  19. Jacen stole my thunder, Future is fun stuff. I use it to clear bodies as well as window repair.
  20. Ah right on , thanks for a heads up on the box content wheels. The new issue box art can't get a good look at them. The only other ones i've seen is the '84 car and it has wheels like the 84 picture Harry P. provided.
  21. I believe it was yeah, she started w an 84 and they upgraded each year. Are these the 'crabs' in question?
  22. Nice info on this kit. i wanted to build one later in the summer, but my inspiration was DeeDee's car from Hunter.
  23. I myself hadn't heard of ModelExpress and they have a good selection of 80's and 90's (which is my preferrence) Thanks guys.
  24. yeah I looked on the M.L. Site and the buttons for parts didn't work, and I think I'll email him; good thinking lol. And greg you're probably right, in case you're wondering:
