  2. Interestin mike. ive never seen the movie myself. If i remember next time im movie hunting ill keep an eye out for sure. Thanks again guys.
  3. classy yet ready to pounce. Tamiya did good with this one, and yours looks great. I like it alot
  4. Hell i'm almost 30 and I'd do that lol. A number of folks have designed cars in racing games and tried to duplicate them in scale.
  5. I've fist-downed a couple in my day. Thankfully they were nascar kits where i could find a replacement body easily.
  6. i think a photo of the real car might disuade some from buying a particular kit. Some might wanna know how that kit looks as it could be built. Not so much what the real version is in case the tooling misses the intended mark. Some box art of the actual kit CAN be productive.
  7. Tons of absent minded stuff for me. Lookin all over the house for something thats on my nightstand the whole time an i walked past numerous times. also when i knock over my jars cuz im not bright enough to close them
  8. more accurate ride height. I'm tired of trying to lower a kit to a more proper stance and end up making a clown car. No more separate bumpers, It can make a real mess. But with that said I'd make all the cars with seperate grille inserts. I would TRY and expand a parts pack line for wheels, tires n stuff like that. I know R&D, tooling and manpower cost money. But we all here spend a good amount in resin, release agents, aftermarket, shipping etc. So its not like there isn't a market for it. Especially if you can get stuff that is designed for your kit already.
  9. the 80s were an exciting time in kit building apparently lol
  10. I'm working on a bit of a conversion and had a question, figured this is the best place for it. 1. Does the Monogram svt convertible have a tub interior 2. If so anyone know if it will fit the AMT cobra body and chas?
  11. not really anything to 'find' i dont think. We just mention what kits/supplies/goodies we got on a particular day. by definition it will be a random mash-up of whom knows what.
  12. Hey Erik now that u mention it that lil body might b cool as a throwback drag build too? lol
  13. There's some real interesting stuff in scale in this world lol
  14. Thats lookin cool and the dash/console controls and what not are awesome.
  15. Very very cool, love the fox's. I have the AMT GT wish it were 1/24 scale feels small in my hands.
  16. yeah makes sense. i like forza and i play other shooters on live. i dont have many friends i can hang out with and play so having live helps. But anyhow back to the Viper, i think it'd b slick in black. I wonder if they'll do a silver w/ blue one like the old GTS?
  17. heheh, well i haven't played one, or any PS game since GT4 so i dunno how they do things anymore.
  18. 1987 Mustang GT (Pre-87 Engine) 1990 Grand Prix SE Nascar Engine.. Corvette C5-R 1999 Integra R
  19. wow thats outta sight for real. i like that a lot. And i'm digging the plate too, miss the blue ones...
  20. nightshade 'em lol just kidding. looks good tho man
  21. headlights are a lil too Vette for my liking, but the fact that it looks like the late90's GTS is much better than the last design. If it were in kit form, i'd actually buy it. FWIW it's also gonna be added to Forza Motorsport 4 soon, I saw (for any of you Xbox folks)
  22. wow that is some out of sight stuff.. that last nissan copper would b pretty cool to have built up
  23. haha my friend n i decal bombed one in h.s then exploded with fireworks. wouldn't mind having one tho don't recall the origami interior lol
  24. Thanks, the kit is pretty neat once put together. I'm glad they repopped this not long ago. Mine was the original early 90s version.
