They had some issues with some aerosol regulation i do believe and then the earthquake / tsunami put them way behind on deliveries to the US. I thought i heard they were back on track but maybe not all the way apparently

Oh right on thanks Jeff. when i first did this kit back in high school i did it silver, and left the chrome on i'm thinking of aluminum wheels this time. I was considering the purple color that they dumped early on in production

Its going to be a project I start in the next few weeks or so, andI had a question. Wasn't sure to put it here or in the Ref. Pictures area so my apologies. I've seen many photos of the 98 trans am with normal aluminum wheels but very few with the factory chrome. Does anyone know which was more common for this particular car? Thanks.
