  1. The last jug i got here in Michigan was about a month ago. Put some older stuff, week plus. Newer stuff, few days. And its slower on chrome than it used to be from the jug i got last year when i first started using it. I dont think you guys are imagining anything.
  2. great story n build. I love seein street kits converted to race. Theres something about that 'look' that really is special
  3. Thats an awesome build! you jazzed up the NSX nicely. what color set did you use on your dash and steering wheel?
  4. well put charlie, and thanks to the downsizing of the american auto we got the Fox platform, and a lot of folks saw that and the 5.0 as a sign that fast could be ok again. But i fancy those so maybe im biased lol.. thought i'd lighten the mood a bit.
  5. Certainly conveys the point! looks great, and ready for action. nice!
  6. yes and yes the jag won the championship the first year and the Sauber was runner up if i recall
  7. lol yeah don't want a Minolta 88c build project..
  8. I was considering Group C as well as some IMSA GTP from the same era, if available. i'll need help narrowing down a CBP regulation while still allowing enough readily available kits to go around
  9. Hmm... Ok then i will opt for another subject to hook into then lol
  10. Im only 29 but i can hear where Christain is coming from. I can't fully relate because theres lots of late 80s and early to mid 90s cars for me to build. But for his slice of timeline there was some real automotive trepidation, for a lot of reasons. Hence model companies may want to gloss over many cars of that time. I think what they're forgetting is that every automotive generation tells a story. And a great way of noting such stories is in scale.
  11. ah its all in good fun! lol these are some of the coolest cars
  12. cool cool. any hints on your build?
  13. O i know, i'm not complaining lol. I got my hooks into one already. So i'm in 100%
  14. Well then that makes four guys at least lol Glad we have a lil fire goin
  15. making that gem out of that pile of 'parts' is a real achievement lol. Looks too cool, love it. Great effort
  16. Ah yeah that makes sense then. I went through the sellers other kits and they do look adult built. Good to hear about your friend coming back btw
  17. Thats a fair price for sure, Maybe I can get a decent run from my Dale Jr. 04 Bud Light sheet I made lol. Back to the kit, i wish I had one of these older bodies to drop on my New Monkees GT
  18. Love to see a fox, and a fox racer is even better. Also i like the green with the white wheels, thats a cool ride.
  19. That's awesome and the realistic material touches really add to it. Thats wild, i like it.
  20. O yeah good call or an IMSA and FIA CBP maybe
  21. i may look at maybe the porsche as well theres a couple variations tamiya produced. I think it'll be a two person CBP tho lol
  22. Yeah prices on that one are getting up there. that car in particular has a real cult following. The Minolta seems doable tho
  23. in that case then totally good plan
