first model with my dad in 1960 was a 1/72 Boeing 707 in maroon and yellow. He was also building the original Borax 20 mule team kit. Lionel trains, A.C. Gilbert Autorama slot cars kept me busy when I wasn't building a model car. Always a car lover, always. Bought new : Vega GT, Monza 2+2 V-8, Duster 340, Cavalier Z-24, Sentra SER, , '19 Fiesta ST ( sweet ! ), '32 Ford Hiboy roadster ( home built including motor ), '93 Corvette, and  wishing I could have more ! I enjoy building classic showroom stock 'cuze that's what I would buy 1:1 if budget allowed.
