I've been wondering , With all of the attention that the Mustang ( Elanor ) garners , has anyone built replicas of the other cars in the film ? I'd imagine that "Jill" would be easy : 1970 Challenger R/T , 440 Magnum , with 1973 front and rear fascias . Has anyone built any of the Gone ! In 60 Seconds cars from the 1974 movie ?

I've an inquiry about the underchassis headers in the latest release of the 1968 Dart GTS / Hemi kit : I realise that the headers are for the Hemi engine ; however , would these work as well -- without modifications -- on the 383 / 440 engine ? I know that the Dick Landy SS/EA '68 Dart has big block A-body underchassis headers , but I don't want to pirate my Landy Dart just for its headers . If the Hemi's headers don't / won't work , are resin versions of the Landy SS/EA headers available ? Thanks

After all of this time (nearly twenty years !) , I can't believe that none of the fledgling resin casters have produced a 1967 - 1969 Dart convertible . The master would require more work than merely lopping the top off of one of the Revell '68-'69 Dart Hardtop kits , as the bodystyles were different ; the convertible was 'based' off of the pillared coupe ("21" body style) , whereas the Revell kits are hardtops ("23" body style) . The 'pillared coupe' had a more upright backlight and "C" pillars . Nothing that's glaringly obvious to the casual observer , but is apparent to fans of the Dart .
