on most Saturday mornings you can find me prowling around flea markets and yard sales looking for junk.. one of the things i collect are old die cast cars. matchbox, corgi,tootsie, bar clay and london... mostly form the early 50's to 70's... since i started modeling i'm now on the look out for anything related to this hobby as well... paint, kits .etc etc... once in awhile i find something really neat... last weekend i happen to spot this and could not pass it up .thought some of you might get a kick out of it

i think its from the 60's or early 70's but i'm not sure.. oak tongue and groove case filled with modeling tools. :D

I remember seeing those - I think X-acto called it a "Master shipbuilder set" or something similar.

Nice find , let me know if you ever want to part with it. ;)
