Petetrucker07 Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 (edited) Does anybody make a tire like what could be found on a Score Trophy Truck. Like these. Those on a set of wheels like these would cool. Robby Gordon wheels. Or Walker Evans wheels. A 17 inch rim would be preferable. The tires should scale out to 38 or 40 inches tall. Edited May 30, 2015 by Petetrucker07

Petetrucker07 Posted May 30, 2015 Author Posted May 30, 2015 Thanks for the info. Ill look into BnL. I have a potential big project in mind using the Raptor snapper.
Jantrix Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 This company is out of business now but you can still find them on ebay occasionally.
Brent Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 (edited) I'm using Nascar rims with bead locks added. Rubber I got on line, can't remember where ;-( Edit... I found the box they came in, had a bunch of other cool tires I forgot I had.Paddle tires, Terra tires etc. Modelhaus is where I got them. Website is less than user friendly, no pictures on items. http://www.modelhaus.com/index.php?part=1 Edited June 2, 2015 by Brent
Brent Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 This is all I can find for images. I see the Terra tires, paddle tires ...... I know I would not have bought them unless I knew what they looked like..... https://www.google.ca/search?q=modelhaus+T702&espv=2&biw=1680&bih=925&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=h65tVYLQHZGoogSViIKwCg&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ#tbm=isch&q=modelhaus+tires

We need some "modern" style baja tires and wheels, and none of the mentioned surces have them, untyl now. I be looking for some for my own models. I have a set of the B.F. Baja tires that come in the Burago Schlesser buggy for some one that can cast them. Althougt looks undercise, if you put a biger wheel, can be a very convincent 33" in 1/25.

Maybe there's a caster out there who would willing. I'd be in for at least 5 full sets, right now. Either 37 x 12.50 x 17 or 39 x 13.50 x 17
hjracing Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Thats the model of Bajas I talk about. http://www.magazinepublisher.com/models/tires/images/100_4126.jpg You can see those mounted in a baja bug on the magazine publisher database.
