Those on a set of wheels like these would cool.

Robby Gordon wheels.

Or Walker Evans wheels.

A 17 inch rim would be preferable. The tires should scale out to 38 or 40 inches tall.

I'm using Nascar rims with bead locks added. Rubber I got on line, can't remember where ;-(

Edit...

I found the box they came in, had a bunch of other cool tires I forgot I had.Paddle tires, Terra tires etc. Modelhaus is where I got them. Website is less than user friendly, no pictures on items.

I secound that! We need some "modern" style baja tires and wheels, and none of the mentioned surces have them, untyl now. I be looking for some for my own models. I have a set of the B.F. Baja tires that come in the Burago Schlesser buggy for some one that can cast them. Althougt looks undercise, if you put a biger wheel, can be a very convincent 33" in 1/25.

I think the best thing, for me, is the 1st pictured Baja T/A, with a set of Walker Evans wheels. Maybe there's a caster out there who would willing. I'd be in for at least 5 full sets, right now.

Either 37 x 12.50 x 17 or 39 x 13.50 x 17
