Need advice for painting wheels

Im building the Revell f150 Raptor and i want to build it as factory as possible including the wheels, any advice since they are black with machined face, any ideas beside having a lots of patience and tape

Paint them all black and use a silver Sharpie marker to carefully do the silver "machining"

That works, or alternatively you can use Tamiya paint over the whole wheel and remove it from the machined areas with alcohol on a q-tip. Test on the chrome tree to make sure that the alcohol doesn't remove the chrome.

I do wheels and most grills this way but i use mineral spirits..

I think for these particular wheels, this would be the easiest and fastest way to do them.
