Are ther any scale model clubs in southern california?

Not exactly on your side of town, but check out Los Angeles Miniaturists in "Burn"bank.

I'd like to check them out, but I've been working on Saturdays for the last year or so. I've bumped into a few of them at House Of Hobbies, always nice guys and invited me to come visit them.

There is a group in Riverside, and one in Temecula/Meniffee. Both meet on Saturdays. PM me if you want more info.

Lots of events coming up as well.

This may be a bit far afield, but there's also the San Diego Model Car Club. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the San Diego Automotive Museum in Balboa Park.
