Dinky Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 Not sure where this is going From a friend I got a incomplete Cuda, and truck chassis wit some small parts and bunch trailer wheels.Im thinking to build a model that fits the Mad Max or the Apocalypse scene. By the way the roof gun comes from a broken toy from my kid. I have also a Revell armor car that I might use to combine with the Cuda. Suggestions and ideas are welcome
Dave Van Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 I kinda like it on the truck chassis.......reminds me of the 'People Eaters' car in Fury Road.
Sparkhead42 Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 I like this build already. I'd like to see someone make the Ploughboy 'Cuda from Fury Road as well.

b-body fan Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 Two key words, Hemi & Cuda. How can you go wrong? Be creative and have some fun with it. I'll be checking in on it.
Dinky Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 I have choosen for the small wheels, the axles are mounted. I might lower it a little in the front. I want to add a fuel tank for the flame throwers and spare tires in the rear, not sure how but thinking about the Charger in Furious 7.
Dinky Posted August 19, 2015 Author Posted August 19, 2015 (edited) Thanks Allen :-)Change of plans.... again, instead of lowering the front I raised the rear a little bit, this is the final stance.I also cut out a part of the trunk for the wheels, it will have some chains or belts to keep them in. I was thinking to use a Vallejo bottle for the the gas can for the flame throwers but I have my doubts if its to big? What do you think? Edited August 19, 2015 by Dinky
b-body fan Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 One of the round tubes x-acto blades come in may be good for the fuel tank.
Drake69 Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 I want to see how you plan to do the front. I'd like to see you keep it recognizable but distinct, maybe like keeping the shark-nose grill and headlights and ditching the bumper for a cow-catcher or spiked plow blade. Rocker....
Sparkhead42 Posted September 19, 2015 Posted September 19, 2015 Ploughboy is a Holden wagon........ I knew that, I meant this one, the one that takes out the Ploughboy when the driver is killed.
