I really like this model. In 1913 there is some controversy about color but generally accepted that the early cars were green and later cars were either green or very dark blue,  almost black. By very late 13 some cars seemed to be painted black and all American made cars were black by 1914. Tires in every factory photo I've seen have been natural,  though the actual shade of white varied from pretty close to pure white to light gray. By about 1925-26 you start seeing factory photos of cars with black tires, though I am looking at a factory photo now of the Highland Park plant of 1924, full of brand new Fords with white tires.  Long way of saying that you are spot on with both your choice of color for the car and the tires on your excellent model
