Headache rack dimensions

I have started to scratch a headache rack and im wandering if anyone has access to measure the thickness of a rack. I know they all vary but im looking for a general thickness. Mine is looking a little puny at the moment.

This photo is from the American Industrial Truck Models website.  I bought one of these.  Very nice headache rack.  

The thickness is 9 mm.  The center section is aprox 4 mm.

Height is 58 mm not measuring the support.

 Width is 72 mm

Thanks for the info, i have this rack and i didnt like the way it came out, it just didnt look right to me so thats why im scratching one, but mine doesnt include tool boxes. Thanks for the reply!

Muncie- tjanks for the reply, i think i looked at this site last night and the deminsions were vague, thanks for the info anyways!

Brian- im building one without toolboxes, i guess i need to post what im building and the inspiration pic, ill post ta pic this afternoon

Ok, heres what i got, first will be the inspiration pic, then what i have. Right now, mine is at 3 scale inches thick
