kwentz8845 Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 (edited) Ok, starting something I have never tried. Just opened the AMT 1950 3200 truck and painting it scarlet and grey with OSU stripes. Any suggestions on paint or build would be appreciated Edited October 11, 2015 by kwentz8845 test paint, looks great
Agent G Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Speaking as an alumnus, "I'll be watching"As far as paint goes, do you have an airbrush?Lots and lots of choices if you do. I personally would gravitate toward Tamiya acrylics because #1 I'm real comfortable airbrushing them and #2 I am real comfortable mixing my own colors if I cannot find what exactly I need. I never had an issue gloss coating them with any product either. The new Aztec acrylics from Testors are the bomb. too. If you don't have an airbrush, well I like Krylon, just sayin'........G
Custom Mike Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 This is a great kit Kenneth, you're gonna love it!
