ERIK88 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 (edited) This is my latest build, it had a lot of work done to get the ride height correct. Other than that it was a pretty nice build! Edited October 11, 2015 by ERIK88
ERIK88 Posted October 11, 2015 Author Posted October 11, 2015 (edited) Here is the stang's older brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks! I try to be as clean as possible with my builds . i wet sanded the body with micro mesh sandpaper so smooth that when I cleared it didn't need additional sanding, and there was no orange peel. This one will pair with my other 89 stang. I remember seeing a bunch of these as a kid , and would dream of driving one. I always said I was going to get one when I got older, but Is funny how tastes change and this car has not aged so well in my eyes. The car screams 90s all thruought, and would probably not get one unless it was dirt cheap ! Lol. I would rather go for the mustang lx , 80s stang, or early to late 2000s stang! This model is still great too look at , and looks fresh off the showroom. 94 was the first year this body style was released . Edited October 11, 2015 by ERIK88
captjeffro26 Posted October 17, 2015 Posted October 17, 2015 I really like that color combo. The paint looks soooo smooth. Great build. Here is one I did to my wife's specifications.
Kennyboy Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Beautiful job on your Cobra Erik!! Here is my build of this kit. Also was built to my wife's specs.
ERIK88 Posted October 18, 2015 Author Posted October 18, 2015 (edited) That is a very nice looking cobra captjeffro26 ! I love the smooth paint, and color combination on yours as well. If only they made them like this, I'm sure it would have been a hit! Edited October 18, 2015 by ERIK88
ERIK88 Posted October 18, 2015 Author Posted October 18, 2015 (edited) Beautiful job on your Cobra Erik!! Here is my build of this kit. Also was built to my wife's specs. thanks kennyboy! Your mustang looks great as well! I love the addition of the drivers window haha. The fujimi rims are nice, almost cobra like! These definitely come out nice with a little work. What's weird is that I've found mostly every modern revell m Mustang sits kinda high, but it's nothing that can't be fixed as proven by these pictures! Edited October 18, 2015 by ERIK88
