The faded paint and rust streaks look pretty good, but a car with the paint that worn and with that much rust, etc., would most likely have a very "chalky" look to the paint. It would be pretty much dead flat, no gloss like your model has.

I suppose it is the bright photography lighting that makes the paint look much glossier than it really is. Military modelers know this problem. Here even the tires reflect the bright light.

Dominik, what about embedding this model into a small diorama? I still remember your fantastic Citroen Fourgonette, you have obviously a particular talent for small dioramas.

correct with the paint Jürgen. aaaand...let me think about it...o.k., i will make a small base "next time". good idea! Next year  will make more Dioramas i have in my head for a log time - and the cars ready parking here. 

Harry, the paint is semi gloss, photos taken in a photobox. i tried with more distance and/or Flash, more and less light but it looked more bad than right.
