Very Nice build and diorama. The only the thing missing is the people standing stupidly close to the course.

Your model is very very fine, but looks like you wanted to depict the car moving and the driver is missing....

This is the only point I comment, all other details are very well done....

That's true. Unfortunately I decided to do the scene after I assembled the car in normal condition and adding the drive was impossible at that point
