Nicksmart34 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 (edited) Today I picked up 2 truck models (Ford c-900 and Pete 359) any suggestions on which to build first? Edited January 16, 2016 by Nicksmart34
Nicksmart34 Posted January 16, 2016 Author Posted January 16, 2016 So am I! iI drive a 379 dump truck everyday, I wish i could model that....
Petetrucker07 Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 You can! Pick you up an Italeri 378 day cab, it's just been released, then scratch up or find a bed that you like from a kit. Tim Alborns site has the way to make it a 379. I've driven a few Pete transfers. I'm drivin a Western Turd transfer now.So am I! iI drive a 379 dump truck everyday, I wish i could model that....
gatorincebu Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I guess it would depend on how comfortable you are with your skills! How ever rusty they may be.But it is as the say " like riding a bicycle ,you never really forget how "! Good liuck and have fun with the build. Be Well Gator

Also recommend a decal maker? Id like to get it labeled like my truck.
Petetrucker07 Posted January 17, 2016 Posted January 17, 2016 Here's the link to Tim's directions.http://www.timstrucks.com/PB4.htmlAs far as a decal maker... Modeltruckin.com He has decals, but someone to make them, maybe someone on here will chime in to help out. I don't have the program or a decent printer, other wise I would.
