noticed this kit on Ebay. this was supposed to be retool of the 1:24 scale kit. but according to the box art it says 1:25. unless it an all new kit or they retooled the snap kit to a full detail glue kit. looks like Revell made a very minor mistake,

It's a mistake. It's 1/24 scale. Per a Revell guy, the mistake was caught, was to have been corrected and somehow didn't.
