Really nice model Tom, Looks real sharp. Interesting but sad story about that car though,Seems the young fella that raced the real car on the East coast, outa new york or Jersey I think, Died in Viet Nam in 68 after only 3 mos. in country. some of his friends recently found the car and restored it as a tribute to him,and theyre running it again. I got this story outa Hemmings Muscle Car Review.

great build ! what kit did you start with and where did the wheels and tires come from?thanks R

The kit is the '67 Corvette from Revell. The wheels are out of the '37 Ford kit I think. The hardtop came from an old '63 kit, not sure the date or manufacturer. The slicks are old pieces out of a junk drawer with a blue line decal out of the AC Cobra kit. Thanks for looking.
